Le Shampooing Solide Pumpkin Spice est tout ce que vous aimez dans un shampooing, mais sous une forme solide et durable. Vous ne manquerez pas la mousse, car cette barre produit une mousse riche et luxueuse qui nettoie en profondeur sans dessécher vos cheveux. Infusée avec de l’extrait de thé vert, elle apaise le cuir chevelu, offre des antioxydants et protège vos cheveux des agressions extérieures. Nous avons ajouté de l’huile de macadamia, de l’huile d’olive et du beurre de karité pour hydrater intensément vos cheveux, les laissant doux, faciles à coiffer et nourris. Et le meilleur? Le parfum chaleureux de pumpkin spice sent si délicieusement réconfortant que vous pourriez avoir envie d’un latte à la citrouille à chaque lavage!

Directions

Mouillez le shampoing solide. Appliquez-le directement sur votre cuir chevelu ou faites mousser dans vos mains. Massez le cuir chevelu et rincez abondamment. Répétez si nécessaire.

Après utilisation, conserver dans un endroit frais et sec.

Shipping information

All orders have a track-and-trace code. Collection point orders must be picked up on time to avoid extra shipping costs.


We use PostNL for domestic orders, DPD for EU orders, and UPS for international orders.


Shipping time


Orders placed before 11 pm CEST on business days ship the same day (excluding pre-orders and backorders). We aim to ship within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur after restocking.

  • EU + UK: €8,95 (Free for orders over €60)
  • Worldwide: €17,95 (Free for orders over €150)

Custom Duties


Customers are responsible for additional taxes. Refused packages will not have shipping costs refunded.

Return Policy


You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, contact us at info@curlysecret.nl. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide pictures of the package and damaged items.


Non-Returnable Items


Used hair care products, items with broken seals, and gift cards cannot be returned. Free products received in promotions must be returned if the main item is returned, or their value will be deducted.


Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
