The Quench My Thirst 2-in-1 treatment gives you the nutrition, definition and shine you've never experienced before. If you use the Quench My Thirst-in-1 treatment, you can say goodbye to frizzy hair. 

The intense nutrition leaves no room for frizz or dry hair. In addition, it contains oil and jojoba oil, which not only provides nutrition and a beautiful shine, but it also stimulates hair growth! Furthermore, the tea tree oil in the product regulates the oil production in the hair and that is certainly a bonus for everyone. Of course, we have also not added extra vitamin E: this stimulates hair growth, prevents hair loss and aging of the hair.

Directions

As a styling cream:
Apply the desired amount on wet hair and style your hair as usual.

As a hair mask:
Apply the hair length mask to clean, wet hair. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse the mask and style your hair as usual.

All orders have a track-and-trace code. Collection point orders must be picked up on time to avoid extra shipping costs.


We use PostNL for domestic orders, DPD for EU orders, and UPS for international orders.


Shipping time


Orders placed before 11 pm CEST on business days ship the same day (excluding pre-orders and backorders). We aim to ship within 24 hours, but delays of 2-3 business days may occur after restocking.

  • EU + UK: €8,95 (Free for orders over €60)
  • Worldwide: €17,95 (Free for orders over €150)

Custom Duties


Customers are responsible for additional taxes. Refused packages will not have shipping costs refunded.

Return Policy


You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide pictures of the package and damaged items.


Non-Returnable Items


Used hair care products, items with broken seals, and gift cards cannot be returned. Free products received in promotions must be returned if the main item is returned, or their value will be deducted.


Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.
